Why ANVIL Exists
The best candidates weren't failing because they lacked ability.
After years in consulting and hundreds of case conversations, a pattern became clear: talented people were falling short not from a lack of effort, but from a lack of structure.
Most candidates assume they can prepare on their own. And on paper, it seems possible. You reach out to friends, alumni, former consultants. Some genuinely try to help.
