These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at anvilcasepartners.com (the "Website") and any professional development services provided by ANVIL Case Partners, a brand operated by Kularion FZCo, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our").

By using this Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. Services

1.1 Complimentary Strategy Discussion

We offer a complimentary 30-minute strategy discussion to prospective clients. This session is designed to explore your objectives, background, and consulting progression stage. It does not constitute a professional development engagement and does not obligate either party to proceed further.

1.2 Professional Development Services

Following the strategy discussion, you may choose to engage our paid professional development services. The scope, structure, and number of sessions will be agreed upon between you and ANVIL Case Partners before any engagement begins.

2. No Guarantee of Results

ANVIL Case Partners provides preparation support and professional development for consulting recruitment. While we are committed to delivering high-quality, structured guidance, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to interview invitations, job offers, or career advancement.

Success in consulting recruitment depends on many factors beyond our control, including your effort, aptitude, market conditions, and the decisions of hiring firms. Our services are designed to improve your preparation, not to guarantee results.

3. Payment

3.1 Currency and Method

All service fees are denominated in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Payment is processed through our payment gateway, which supports multiple currencies for your convenience. The applicable exchange rate is determined by the payment provider at the time of transaction.

3.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required before any sessions commence. A payment link will be provided to you following agreement on your service package. No sessions will be scheduled until payment has been received in full.

3.3 Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund if you request one at least 24 hours before your first paid session. Once the first session has been conducted, or if the refund request is made less than 24 hours before the first session, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, change of plans, or inability to attend remaining sessions.

3.4 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Scheduled sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice, or do not attend a scheduled session without prior communication:

  • The session will be considered delivered and deducted from your package.
  • No refund or replacement session will be provided.

The number of times you may reschedule sessions is defined by the terms of your specific service package, as agreed upon before engagement.

4. Free Resources & Email Communications

4.1 Free Resources

We offer free resources including templates, guides, and articles through our website. These resources are provided as-is for your personal educational use. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or publish these resources in any format
  • Use these resources for commercial purposes or to provide professional development services to others
  • Claim authorship of these resources

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any free resources at any time without notice.

4.2 Email Communications

By submitting your email address and checking the consent box on our resources page, you agree to receive marketing emails from ANVIL Case Partners. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in each email, or by contacting privacy@anvilcasepartners.com.

You may not record, capture, or transcribe any session (whether audio, video, or screen recording) without our explicit written consent. Violation of this provision constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Our Commitment to You

All personal information, career details, and content shared by you during sessions and communications will be treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

6.2 Your Commitment to Us

You agree to keep confidential all proprietary methods, frameworks, strategies, and materials shared by ANVIL Case Partners during the course of your engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our professional relationship.

7. Testimonials and Feedback

By providing feedback, reviews, or testimonials about your experience with ANVIL Case Partners, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and publish such feedback for marketing and promotional purposes. Testimonials may be published alongside:

  • Your first name and last initial
  • Your photograph
  • Your role or position
  • A link to your LinkedIn profile

If you do not wish for any of the above to be used, you must notify us in writing at hello@anvilcasepartners.com before or at the time of providing your testimonial. In the absence of such notice, consent to the use of the above is assumed upon submission of your feedback.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith discussion. The aggrieved party shall send written notice to the other party, and both parties shall have 30 days from the date of such notice to reach a resolution.

9.2 Jurisdiction

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Website or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
